Ask about the meeting point, duration, seating or mobility support, and how the group returns to the hotel. Evening participation should be manageable for the people joining it.

The Marian Torchlight procession takes place about 9:00 p.m. daily in the main season (roughly April through October) and lasts about one hour. Pilgrims carry candles through the sanctuary esplanade while the Rosary is prayed and Marian hymns are sung in several languages. It is distinct from the Blessed Sacrament procession held about 5:00 p.m. Participation follows the sanctuary’s program and staff instructions, and weather, season, and major events can affect arrangements.
