The rest of the pilgrim day follows a fixed rhythm: Eucharistic adoration in the Adoration Chapel 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., the Rosary at the Grotto at 3:00 p.m., the Eucharistic procession at 5:00 p.m. in the Basilica of St Pius X with adoration and the blessing of the sick, and the Marian torchlight procession at 9:00 p.m. The sanctuary itself is open from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. The baths are listed 9:00–11:00 a.m. (from 2:00 p.m. on Sundays) and the water gesture at the Grotto sacristy 9:00–11:00 a.m. and 2:00–4:30 p.m.

The schedule page carries no language labels beyond “International Mass” and does not publish which languages confessors hear, so English speakers should ask at the Information Centre (+33 (0)5 62 42 20 08) or look for the language signs at the Reconciliation Chapel. The Information Centre also offers the guided walk “In the Footsteps of Bernadette” at 2:00 p.m. and a film about Lourdes at 4:00 p.m.

Dress decently (no beachwear), keep silence near the Grotto, and do not eat on the grounds; Grotto water is free for personal use. On February 11, the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes and World Day of the Sick, the published pattern is a 10:00 a.m. International Mass, the 3:00 p.m. Rosary at the Grotto and a 9:00 p.m. torchlight procession.
