The planning form stores the information you submit so the site owner can review your inquiry. It does not make a reservation or enroll you in a marketing list.

The form asks for your name and email, with optional phone, travel preferences, approximate group size, and a message. If you use the journey finder, its broad intention and pace choices can be included in the inquiry. Please do not send passport details, payment data, diagnoses, or medical records.
How information is used
Submitted details are stored in the site’s database for planning follow-up and testing of this private preview. Inquiry records are restricted to an explicitly authorized owner account. Automated email delivery, third-party marketing tools, and payment collection are not connected.
Cookies and browsing
This site does not add advertising or behavioral analytics. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies necessary to provide the private site. Finder choices are held in the current page and carried through the planning URL; they are not a saved customer profile.
Retention and requests
Retention rules and a dedicated privacy contact must be finalized before public launch. During this private preview, contact the site owner to request access, correction, or deletion. You can also submit a form inquiry marked “Privacy request”; never include sensitive documents in it.
