Sunday and holy day Masses in the basilica are at 9:00 and 10:30 a.m., noon, 1:30, 3:20 and 6:00 p.m. In the chapel on Sundays Mass is at 7:00 a.m. (televised on TVP1), 8:30 a.m., noon in English and 7:00 p.m., with Adoration from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m.; on weekdays chapel Adoration is from noon to 5:00 p.m. The chapel day ends with the Rosary at 8:30 p.m. and the Act of Entrustment to Our Lady at 9:00 p.m., and the sisters note that it is cleaned on Monday mornings. A separate Chapel of Perpetual Adoration in the basilica complex is open around the clock.
Confession in the chapel is brief, 6:00 to 6:30 a.m., 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 to 5:30 p.m., so pilgrims who want time with a priest use the basilica, where confessors in English, Spanish, French, Italian and German are listed from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. The sanctuary does not publish building opening hours as such; the services above start at 6:00 a.m. in the chapel and the last scheduled prayer is 9:00 p.m.
The page on the Hour of Mercy and the page on reaching Łagiewniki from central Kraków cover the 3:00 p.m. prayer and the tram ride. Times change on Divine Mercy Sunday, in Holy Week and for major feasts; the sisters' site carries the current order of services and a live stream of the chapel.
