The tomb of St. Carlo Acutis is in the Santuario della Spogliazione (Shrine of the Renunciation), the church of Santa Maria Maggiore in Assisi, Italy. The church stands just below the Piazza del Comune, about a 10-minute walk from the Basilica of St. Clare, on the site where St. Francis renounced his possessions before the bishop of Assisi. His remains have rested there since April 6, 2019, in a tomb in the right nave.

The shrine is open daily until 7:00 p.m., opening at 8:00 a.m. from November through March and at 7:00 or 8:00 a.m., depending on the day, from April through October. Tomb visits pause during the 11:00 a.m. Sunday Mass and on Sunday and holiday mornings between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Entry is free.

Weekday Mass is at 6:00 p.m., preceded by the Rosary at 5:30 p.m.; Sunday Masses are at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. Queues have grown since the canonization on September 7, 2025. Check the shrine's current schedule before visiting.
