The 6:00 to 9:00 schedule holds seven days a week and the sanctuary says the basilica is open every day of the year; December 12 and the vigil of December 11 run around the clock in practice, with the official program published each year in the sanctuary's dozavario (the twelve days of celebration). Masses at the main altar are listed at 6:00, 7:00, 8:30, 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., noon, and 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00 p.m.; the page on attending Mass at the basilica has the full detail, including that no English Mass is scheduled.

The other buildings keep their own hours. The Old Basilica (Templo Expiatorio) has Mass Monday to Saturday at 10:00 a.m., 12:30 and 5:00 p.m. and on Sunday at 5:00 p.m., and is open around those times. The Capilla de San Juan Diego has Mass Tuesday to Saturday at 8:00 a.m. and on Sundays at 8:00, 10:30 a.m., noon and 5:00 p.m., with confession listed Thursday 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The Guadalupan crypt admits visits 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Mass at noon, and its office works Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The museum's hours are not published on the museum page; confirm locally by phone, +52 55 5118 0500. Guided visits run Monday to Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. by reservation. The page on the best day and time to visit explains why the hour after opening on a weekday is the quiet one.
