Confession (“Reconciliación”) is listed from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of San Juan Diego; a fuller confession schedule is not published. Additional daily Masses are offered at noon in the Guadalupan Crypt (visits 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) and at the Capilla del Cerrito on Tepeyac Hill (open 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.); the Old Basilica has Mass Monday to Saturday at 10:00 a.m., 12:30 and 5:00 p.m., and on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. The Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament is open Monday to Saturday 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
English-speaking pilgrims attend a Spanish Mass, which follows the same order, or arrange a group Mass with their chaplain: visiting priests send their ministerial licences to sacristia@inbg.mx at least 15 days ahead, and chapel Masses need seven days’ notice at no charge. Guided tours run Monday to Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in Spanish, with English on request, by prior booking.
