The 2026 schedule by diocese was St. Augustine May 24 to 25, Savannah May 25 to 28, Charleston May 28 to 30, Charlotte May 30 to June 2, Richmond June 2 to 5, Washington June 5 to 6, Arlington June 5 and 7, Baltimore June 9 to 11, Wilmington June 11 to 12, Camden June 12 to 14, Paterson June 14 to 15, Springfield, Massachusetts, June 18 to 20, Manchester June 20 to 23, Portland, Maine, June 23 to 26, Boston June 26 to 28, Fall River June 29 to 30, Providence June 30 to July 2, and Philadelphia July 2 to 5, tying the country's 250th anniversary to the first colonies. In Boston the stops were Plymouth, Charlestown and Lexington, with a vigil Mass at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross on June 27.
The format is the one set in 2024, when four routes converged on Indianapolis: a small team of young adult Perpetual Pilgrims accompanies the Blessed Sacrament on foot and by vehicle, and the public joins processions, Holy Hours and Masses in each diocese, registering for larger events through the organizers' site. Applications for the nine 2027 pilgrims, aged 19 to 29, closed October 15, 2026.
For a parish group the practical use is to plan around the diocesan stops once the 2027 route is released, usually in the winter before; each host diocese publishes its own day-by-day page, as Boston and Savannah did for 2026. Checking eucharisticpilgrimage.org and the home diocese's site in early 2027 is the way to know whether the route passes nearby.
